A movie I don't know the name to and need help to remember?

All I can remember is the commercial. It had a few kids using geometry
to cut down a telephone pole.(I believe they where using a protractor)
There was also another part where one of the kids was hulking
out(getting all muscley and ripped) and is was possibly animated
(akira like). My mind is quite foggy and I hope I'm not confusing this
with two different movies. If anyone could help me it would be much
appreciated. I've been trying to figure out this movie forever.
